Hey! I swear and live by Jillian Michaels DVDs. She is great and most of her DVDs are in the 30 mins range. '30 Day Shred' is only 2 mins. And it is AMAZING! Best of luck!

Have you tried switching up your workouts? Maybe your body is bored. That happened to me and I still have a way to go... so I can imagine at the end you have to go crazy! Donate all the ones that are big. After losing 40 lbs. I remember having like 3 bags of clothes and 2 bags of shoes.. I did a DRASTIC clean out.. even of things that no longer interested me... But, AWESOME NSV!!

I think the point of 21 day or 30 programs is to get you going. I did the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I dropped 7 lbs and 11 inches. I didn't stop after that. I moved into kickboxing for about 10 weeks with basic cardio. Then I got the JM Kickboxing DVD and I did that for about a month or so... You need to learn to eat…

I save pasta for my eating out dinners... I track this as well, but I don't lose my mind over these calories since it RARELY happens.

I don't want to sound rude, but why are you weighing yourself daily? Weight fluctuates. Weighing yourself every 1-2 weeks is more likely to see results....

No guilt... just remember to eat according to your goals. And that if you don't hit your goal one day, it is okay. There shouldn't be guilt or that can lead you to a bad path... Remember, food is not going anywhere. You can have only 1 slice of pizza and have some pizza again in the future. :)

BMR formula and then the Harris Benedict formula is what I use. And I love it. Read up on it and see if it's something that works for you. If so, you wouldn't have to subtract your workout calories. You'd eat those calories even on your rest days. :)

Also, everyone is different. Remember to get to learn about YOUR body and how YOU feel before/after workouts, rest days, etc... This is a journey to get to know what works for YOU.
