you should always do cardio after strength training, you'll be so pumped you're going to want to run 3 miles... I just finished day 8 of level 2, literally as I type this.. so it's great and you'll love it! you'll hate her, but love the differences you'll see. :) good luck!

I do day 7 today.. it is AMAZING.. it will push your body to the limit. It is not INSANE like Insanity or P90X but I think it is a great starter program that will benefit any level of fitness.. it's like 23 minutes of intensity, but if you give it your all, you WILL see results.. You can eat WHATEVER you want as long as it fits into your calories? Hmmm, and I'm assuming you can just burn off that Big Mac during cardio???

I have the DVDs.. don't do it often but it's a SERIOUS workout.! I am planning on doing it 3 times a week.. I can't do it everyday. But it's amazing! Anything from BeachBody is amazing!

I have the same problem. But since I still have more weight to lose, they tell me to keep up with healthy eating, cardio and weight training. To do low weight LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS of repetition to burn the fat and get some lean muscles. Feel free to add me ladies. We all need some motivation.

will do baby girl. but I think it's a little of both because there are DVDs for toning and some for cardio. depends at which point of your weight loss/toning stage you are in. :) but I will keep you posted.
