I make scramble eggs w/ cheese in a muffin tin pan. I warm up one "egg muffin" for breakfast and if I have fresh fruit than I add that. I make them either Sunday or Monday and have them for the week! Hope it helps for your future breakfasts!

I would agree! You need to eat more! When your body feels like it is starving, it will hold onto the weight. So....eat more! Make them healthy choices and stick to it!! It will get better! And remember to drink lots of water and move everyday!

Scale is good...it is one measurement among others to guide ones journey. Wondering what brand....there are so many out there! I need help in this area as well, I am using a scale I got 21 years ago....YIKES!!!!!! Maybe it is off by 20lbs? Ha!

I do yogurts w/ ground flaxseed and a 1/2 TBSP of chia seeds and it keeps me for hours!!! The chia seeds have been a game changer for me.
