  • I had surgery on 2/17 and I've lost a total of ~56 lbs si nce I started the whole process. Weighed in at 296 the day I met with my surgeon and weigh 239.8 now.   • Hmm..Are you drinking with your meals? This can cause hunger because the liquid helps push food out of the pouch faster. Also, you may need to ask yourself are you really hungry, or is it just "head hunger"? I've been struggling with head hunger quite a bit.

  • I take the Celebrate brand ones. They are geared toward bariatric patients as well. I am taking the mandarin orange flavored multivitamin, and while it isn't the best, it's tolerable. I also take the berry flavored iron pills and I really don't mind them at all.
