I had never heard of skinytaste.com. Thanks for the info - it is a great resource. The food looks oh so good!!!! Good food doesn't have to taste awfut to be good for you!

Your right. After you avoid a certain type of food, sweets, salty, fried, etc you do not desire it. Before I would crave salty foods. I could polish off a bag of tortilla chips & salsa before I knew what I had done. They key to success is measure, weigh and log everything you put in your mouth.

I only weight in once a week - every Saturday morning before eating or drinking anything.

I can't wait until my legs look so good. I had to stop working out my lower body about two weeks ago when I injured my left knee at the gym. It is still swollen. I try to keep it elevated and iced when possible. I am stuck onupper body ---- hopefully not indefinately..:-(
