I can't wait until my legs look so good. I had to stop working out my lower body about two weeks ago when I injured my left knee at the gym. It is still swollen. I try to keep it elevated and iced when possible. I am stuck onupper body ---- hopefully not indefinately..:-(0

OMG less than 3 weeks.

I used to always say I couldn't run. I don't run. I hate running.
Now I love it. I absolutely love it. I don't ALWAYS want to do it when I'm supposed to, and sometimes I'm stronger than others, but I still love it. And I'm actually getting pretty good at it.
When I run it's not about losing weight, or being skinny, it's about being strong. I can feel my muscles working and pushing. It's simple and it's primal.
