Yeah, the ZWOWs generally look like they won't be too bad. Than, 5 minutes in, I'm dying lol. Nice time though. It will be a while before I get to this workout, but I'm excited to try it!

Wow! Awesome job, all of you! The dive-bombers killed me too. I think they were the hardest for me. Planning to do ZWOW #2 tomorrow, except I don't have weights, so I'll probably sub the dive-bombers :grumble: dive-bombers...

larsensue, I log the workouts as calisthetics. I don't know if that is perfectly accurate, but it seems closest. Plus, the results are really the important part, not necessarily logging that is absolutely 100% accurate to every workout. Let me know if that answers your question, K
