I have a the biggest loser one it's pretty good as well!! I like Bob! Plus the people from there on it. You can go at your own pace as well!

thanks so much for the help. I guess I will have to do more cardio I don't burn as much calories obviously in strength training but I am sculpting those muscles

I too started last month but I am going to start fresh again next week. I need some buddies as well to keep me going. Going to exercise and log my calories. We can do this!!! I want 30 lbs off by May1 I hope it's attainable

I have alot's of DVD workouts from Denise Austin walking to Pilates to weights plus I have Jillian Michaels Shred It and the Biggest Loser one. I love them all and it's nice to change them up!
