I think your calories are off. I would let MFP re-calculate your daily calories for a 1-1.5 lb weight loss. Then I would be very careful about eating back calories. You may be overestimating your calorie burn which would be hampering your losses.

Wow> Don't be so hard on yourself and give it some time. Your body weight can be up or down 5 lbs just do to intestinal contents and water! You didn't put the weight on in 2 weeks and it won't fall off in 2 weeks either. Don't let the scale drive you crazy. Good luck!

Also, buy a food scale and MEASURE EVERYTHING that passes your lip. If you can, get a good heart rate monitor for accurate estimates of calorie burn during your work out. The estimates on here are way off for someone your size. Good luck!

But be careful/ The calorie estimates on this site tend to be too high. A heart rate monitor should give you better estimates.

True and true. I has a lot of protein and a lot of sodium. May not be the best choice for a snack for everyone. But if you don't have a problem with sodium and you like it, go for it!

I hate to burst your bubble; but, sugar is sugar! It's true that you receive all the other nutrient components of fruits and the fiber may slow the absoprtion when you eat them, but their sugars are handled just like table sugar or high fructose corn syrup.

It's quite possible to lose 10 lbs in a ten day stretch; but, it will be almost entirely water. Nontheless, that will happen at the beginning of any weight loss program

Make sure you are MEASURING EVERYTHING that passes you lips (use a scale). And be careful about your estimate of how much you burn with your exercise. (use a heart rate monitor if you can)

Your BMI is just a tool. If you weight range seems off, have a body fat measurement done. Much better assessment of where you want to be.

All of the BMR and BEE estimates are estimates. Period. The only way to actually know what your baseline needs are is to measure with a metabolic cart which is totally impractical.. MEASURE EVERYTHING that passes your lips. DON'T just guess. We routinely overestimate the calories we burn and underestimate what we eat. Next, cut WAY back on the carbohydrates. That will help with hunger pangs and cravings. Finally, don't give up. You CAN do this! Good luck.

My only suggestion is to schedule your water consumption to limit the disturbances. No water in the last hour or so before bed or the hour before the trip home might be good starts. You need the water though, so don't just cut down!
