  • I also track my waking hours, up at 5pm to 10am . I count all of that as one day because that is a day to me, the clock means nothing to me, what matters is that while I was having MY day I tracked everything from start to finish. I track it under the day of the week it is when I get up.

  • It makes me feel full too, I don't understand how adding 2 cups of liquid to your stomach could make you feel more hungry and eat more. I drink 1 diet pepsi per day (sometimes 2). I work nights and don't drink coffee, it fills me up!

  • I strip down before my shower every thursday morning and weigh in...you'd be surprised what clothes weigh, even if it's just "light weigh clothes" The only way to know is either wear the exact same thing every time you weigh in or nothing at all, I find it easier to wear nothing...
