Kale blends in well, it wont jump out at you to say hi. Its usually with the lettuce and for sure its at Public, Winn-Dixie and Whole Foods. Whole Foods have a beautiful variety. Green juice for breakfast also helps with constipation and not eating as much could give you some problems down there.

Hope everybody's having a great day, I'm doing well. I get my fruits and veggies in by juicing 2 carrots, 6 strawberries, 2 kale leaves and 1 orange every morning before work and get all my water in and I have people saying to me, "you are losing weight!" In my mind I am screaming HALLELUYAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! All the best to…

Just tried on a smaller sized pant and it fit! Boo-yah!!!

Hello everybody, I didn't lose any weight last week primarily because I wasn't eating enough carbs! I would exercise like crazy and still not lose anything, and yes, it felt frustrating. Lo and behold, I adjusted my diet and ate a few more carbs and voila, started burning again. Hint: our bodies use carbs as fuel to help…

I don't get it, are you constipated?

Watch the amount of avocadoes that you consume, avocadoes are one of the fattest fruit in creation, who would have "thunk it."

Oh, it should be ok, I have stuff in my fridge that are probably older than that:)

If I were you I wouldn't use an appetite suppressant. If you use it, you will lose, but it will come back twice as much. Then it will be even harder to get rid of. Best wishes.

What really gets me is all the carbs I used to eat. I thought all that carb would give me more energy. Now I am only consuming twenty five percent of my usual carb. intake and I still feel the same, if not stronger. If somebody had told me 3 months ago that I would still feel the same, I would just smiled and think they…

Hiya, I am a nurse who works 5 to 6 twelve hour nights per week, yeah, crazy. I got fat because of poor eating habits, eating to stay awake or being polite and accepting food from other nurses who brought food in. My schedule is: 6pm Dinner 10p.m A protein shake, easier to drink my protein than eat at this time, because…

Don't be so hard on yourself. So you fell off the wagon, get up and get going again. You can do it. Be a big loser. I have been stagnant too, but today, I got up, looked in the mirror and said, "damn I'm fine!" Then I went off to the gym and worked my *kitten* off. So get going, you will be ok. Rita.

I live on an island and everything has to be shipped here. The price of produce is out of this world. Expensive. I would like to eat some fresh strawberries for a snack, I don't think frozen is appetizing for a snack. At times, a small container of strawberries is $5.00, yet I can get 2 large containers of chips and dip…

Hiya, I have tried Quinoa a few times. One thing that I will add is that you should cook it like rice with a little less water. But, you should add mixed vegetables and a bouillion cube. If you cook it in it's pure form, it is bland and boring. If you dress it up like I suggested, it is not bad. Best Wishes, Rita.

It is never good to skip meals. Just remember, calories in, calories out. If you put in 500 extra calories, you gotta work it off. So exercise and burn off 500 calories that day. Rita.

Hiya, I am a nurse and I usually work five to six twelve hour shifts per week. That got me fat in the first place. There is always alot of food around and if not, there is always cookies, bread and ice-cream in the pantry. Those were my old habits, the more tired I got, the more I ate to stay awake, on and on and on. Now,…

Congratulations on being a big loser, you are doing great!!

Hi, I know exactly how you feel! In January, I was there at 160 lbs and now I am 145lbs. I have been working out, logging all my foods and trying really hard to stick with it. I fall off the wagon at least once per week, but I just get back up and try again. I used to feel like you, but I took a course called The Sedona…

Hiya, Welcome!!! One thing that has worked for me is to make really small goals. Instead of saying I want to lose 20 lbs. I set my goal at 2 pounds and aim for that. When I hit 2 lbs I set another goal and so on. It really works... Best Wishes.
