The job market in IT is quite awful for new graduates. Nobody wants to take a chance on us. After over a year of looking, I've decided to stop and just re focus on my health. I walked 2x this week and will post again by the end of the week. Have a nice day.

Thank you. Been burning alot of calories training for the marathon, so increase calorie burn and needing to eat more. Now that we're tapering the training, I can return to a calorie deficit and back to losing.This is how I think about it. Calorie deficit + calorie burn = weight loss.

@chris_in_cal you seem to lose weight when you track your foods. Tracking may seem annoying but it gets easier and is associated with good results. Keep tracking πnice loss.
