Very nice, it seems you plateaued for a minute and now you are back on a trend. That's a good number too being in the 15x.x lbs range.

Thank you. Been burning alot of calories training for the marathon, so increase calorie burn and needing to eat more.

Now that we're tapering the training, I can return to a calorie deficit and back to losing. This is how I think about it.

Calorie deficit + calorie burn = weight loss.

I'm sticking with food logging. For me it becomes a normal routine. Once I stop logging, I imagine it is a big burden and I can't do it anymore. It really becomes a small habit, and doesn't hurt. I know how to lose weight, often there are a million reasons why I don't do it. Right now I'm keeping it all together and logging my meals.

It really is true...it becomes a small task that makes a big difference. ( I tend to enter my lunch and brekky all at once, simply because I have to pack it and take it to work). Keep it going!

Last weekend I loaded up on meals because I figured I'm losing weight too fast and gained 5 pounds over the weekend. I lost it all back by Tuesday and today(Friday) I'm only one pound less than I was last week. So I guess my plan worked! What a Rollercoaster!
