I had the same problem and it turned out that, even though I thought I was drinking enough water, I wasn't. And it caused me to be dehydrated and that sent me into a migraine. Now I drink 2 full glasses of water before the workout, 1 during, and another after. Hope this helps.

I had the same problem. Doc said my iron was low. I started taking Iron and lots of B vitamins. I felt like a new woman!

I'm in the boat with you! I have lost 56 so far but it has fluctuated a lot lately. I gained about 20 pounds back and I am determined to get it off and keep it off!
