I have refound my weight-loss motivation and am now on Day 4 of the Insanity workout. I'm hooked. I love it. I've lost 6 pounds already. It kicks my butt, makes my entire body shake. I'm covered in sweat and I need to throw up. And it feels FANfreakingTASTIC!!
or rather my lack of booty. Anyone have exercise tips on how to pump up your tush? It's the only area of my body I actually wish was BIGGER!
June 2006 at 230 pounds May 2007 I was finally starting to notice a difference June 2008 First time I would wear a swimsuit in public June 2009 Still a ways to go but feeling pretty good I have been stuck at the same weight since 2009 and I am ready to get rid of the last 20 pounds!!
You know how some people pick the tomatoes out of their salad? I decided to leave out the lettuce. I had a salad with nothing but cherry tomatoes and Balsamic Vinagarette....soooooo good
I have 19 pounds to my goal weight and I am hoping to make it in time for bikini season. I started at 230 pounds and it has been a LOOOOONG road. I could use a few friends on here for extra encouragement. Seems like this last stretch is the hardest.
