I have been stuck at the same weight since 2009 and I am ready to get rid of the last 20 pounds!!

    WOW your transformation is AMAZING you should be very proud. I can tell in your eyes you are feeling more comfortable in your own "skin". Confidence is one of the keys to a happy life.

    I am definitely more confident. But most of all, I just FEEL better. I don't get out of breath from climbing my stairs! That was a huge deal for me
