I'm going to need to lose 25 pounds, but I can get 10 pounds of that to be water weight, so 15 real pounds (approx 1.1 pounds a week). Does that seem doable?

For me it's really easy to gain weight. My maintenance is 1500 calories, which is nothing. I work 8:30 - 5:30pm and when I get off work I just don't feel like working out. After some trial and error I found that mornings work best for me. I wouldn't trust the online calculators for bikram yoga, they greatly over estimate. If you do have to use it, cut the calorie burn in half. The calculator said I would burn 800 calories during 90 minutes, but my HRM told me 450 max.

Today is normally a long run day for me, but since I did 2 days in a run, I'm putting it off until tomorrow. Unfortunately, I'm .25 to goal, so I did a quick half mile. 8/31 = .5 miles 10 miles for the week 50.25 MTD This is the most I've ever run. I can't wait til next month :)

I hated running at first. When I first started C25K I could barely run 30 seconds without being out of breath. It wasn't until my endurance increased that I started loving it. And now I just love challenging myself and creating new PRs.

I had a major blow out for 5 days last week where I averaged 3000 calories a day. I haven't weighed myself, but this came up to a 2 pound gain. Now for the next 2 weeks, I'm working on making it up.
