And eat a lot of fruits and veggies right now! Drink tons of orange juice, eat oranges, green peppers, bananas, apples. Anything loaded with vitamins, it will help you recover faster.

Not a doctor, but I get bronchitis with some regularity and I can still function ok, just cough a lot. The fact that you're so weak is worrisome. Has your doctor got you anything to help clear it up? I prefer blue diamond almond milk. I generally don't drink a lot of it, but it goes in my coffee and cereal and it's really light and tasty. I get the unsweetened original, and it's only 40 calories for an 8oz glass.

Took a quick peek at your diary. It's the prepackaged food that's hurting your sodium. If it's a frozen store bought meal, it's gonna have more sodium than you need. Coffee is FINE, of course in moderation. It's good you recognise the creamer and sugar is your problem. I use blue diamond unsweetened original almond milk in my coffee. It is a nice, light, natural taste. Also, once you cut the sugar you'll love the bitterness of coffee and HATE sweet coffee.

Don't do the same exercises all the time. Make sure you mix it up. Once your body gets use to the same workout, it's not nearly as effective anymore.

Women's sizes are such a pain. They are never the same or accurate. I have a pair of 12's that are TIGHT and a pair of 10s that almost fall off they are so loose. So I'm a 10-12 right now :P I'm 5'6" and 152 as of this morning!

I have a rice cooker/steamer combo and love it. I steam all sorts of veggies, and I love that they come out cooked, but crisp still. They retain so much flavour too! I just put any veggies I have laying out in it. Works best for me that way.

HMonsterX has it right on the money. The only reason I don't count my coffee towards my 8 glasses is because by the end of the day I want to drink at least 8, and the easiest way is drinking straight water.

Carbs are for energy, fat is for healthy skin and coat (ok, a bit joking). Most fat is good for digestion and basically keeping you from drying out. It helps you poop, basically. So much agree! It is delicious, light, healthy, and it is amazing. I find dairy makes me break out, and this is a great alternative for me.

I totally agree. I just went back over my diary the past few weeks and most of my sugar is coming from the fruit and veggies I eat. The rest is, as I said, my cereal. I need to find a new breakfast option, but I love it so much!

I just took a peek at your diary. Too much soda, juice, and prepackaged meals! Soda is a big no no! Even diet is so bad for you.
