Balance My Foods

I'm having a hard time making my meals balance. When my calories are close, it seems my carb & fat intake is below the suggested amount, but my fiber & protien is always over. I feel I'm eating pretty healthy, & I seem to be losing wieght, so am I concerned about something I don't need to be. And would it be better to be over on the fiber & protien rather than fats & carbs?

as long as total calories are in check, it doesn't matter0

Carbs are for energy, fat is for healthy skin and coat (ok, a bit joking). Most fat is good for digestion and basically keeping you from drying out. It helps you poop, basically. If you aren't having problems in having enough energy for your daily life, and you aren't constipated, you're fine being under in those.
If you feel you want more good fats, add a bit of olive oil to salads or cook with it. Fish is also full of good fats, and so are nuts.
A healthy diet is way more than just calories.0
