I have just over 20 to go, and I'm delighted! If I got rid of the first 20 making small changes to my lifestyle, and feeling all the better for it, the other 20lb will be a doddle!

I make 'pizza' with a low fat wrap, tomato puree, low fat cheese and some lean green bacon... put it under the grill for a few mins... delish

I marinate chicken or turkey and then use it for a few days, mix it up... put it in sandwiches, make salads, pastas, etc.

I have just hit the 160s...., 168 to be precise and feels AMAZING. I know it is just a number but I feel so much more confident already. Today I wore something that I wouldnt have wore until now because I felt that people would say 'she doesnt have the figure for that'... I usually just wore black. Now I am getting EXCITED…
