I find that the workout dvd "Weightloss Yoga" with Bob Harper from the Biggest Loser really got my abs burnin. I have noticed my abs being tighter and flatter b/c of it. Good luck!:bigsmile: :flowerforyou:

i would suggest cardio . . .or/and circuit training. My sister in law just bad a baby in November and she already look absolutely fabulous! My mom had a hysterectomy when she was about 45 . . . and has been on the same hormone patch ever since.
