baxters healthy range soups are fab for work healthy veg and lental is nice and under 200cals a tin filling too! weight watchers pitta bread is good and low low cheese ooh and branston pickle any pickles really i also add chilli flakes to all my salads with bit of low mayo.....and weight watchers sausages are 60 cals each…

started 2 days ago cant do it every day though as i work twelve hour shifts two days at a time but am gona give it a go gona take me longer than 30 days but at least its getting me off my butt,.....i also couldnt move the day after!!!

hello all not a bad weekend on track food wise, 45 mins of zumba wii sat and sun...no formal exercise today but i did do an hour or so on and off of dancing to disney tunes with my 3 year old whilst carrying her on my back so i hope that counts a lil bit ??? .......:bigsmile:

well not too bad this week...had a glass of wine over my cal allowence twice this week xmas left overs shame to waste but have lost 2lb of the 4 i had put on!......i work nights at the moment and struggle a bit going from day to night eating and making sure they dont overlap..... but not too bad, havnt made a start with…
