i do have this workout, you may have motivated me to try it again. I think i bought it last spring and did it a few times. I usually either run outside or hit the gym. I will make it my goal to do a workout from this video in the next week. can't do the full shcedule though cause i already have my other routine.0

I started yesterday and was able to do 6 minutes yesterday before I gave in and did some other exercises. Today was my break day but tomorrow i'll be doing atleast 15 minutes!0

started 2 days ago cant do it every day though as i work twelve hour shifts two days at a time but am gona give it a go gona take me longer than 30 days but at least its getting me off my butt,.....i also couldnt move the day after!!!0

I'm totally in! I just started yesterday & I thought it was bad then - today it was way worse bc my legs were still really sore from yesterday. But I'm taking the soreness as progress & working through it. Let's do this!!!0

Hello Ladies!
How are your workouts going? I have not been very consisitent but I feel so good after the workout. I am on day 6 of Lesson 1 and it is such a great quick workout.
I have to admit my diet has been all over the place but I am making a commitment to myself to give it a go 100%.
Lets keep each other motivated!!
P.S. If you are not too sore after the workouts, I suggest you up your weights (I have been using 5 pound dumbells and you feel it ALOT)
Also, I got mine at Wal-mart for $6.00! It was such a great deal I could not pass it up!0 -

Good Luck! I did level 2 yesterday and today and WHEW!! It is a killer! But a good one. My hinney is so sore and I feel great!
