Definately!! this has got to be a way of life for me now as ive spent my life yo-yo'ing with my weight and dont want that to happen again!!

my game gives me much higher calories burned than that! the calories that mine gives are around the same as what your HRM readings were and im sure i had to put personal info in when i set it up, i wonder if we have the same game lol

about 56 altogether, just over 4 stone but thats over 2 yrs!! a bit on a bit off and so on and so on. . . . . but im motivated again now!! :) not long been using this site but ill be a regular user now ive had a nose around it and realised how good it is :)

so just out of curiosity what was the difference in calories between what the game said you had burned and what your HRM told you? I really need to invest in one of these HRM i think cos im just going by what the game tells me but im not sure how accurate it is

good going :) how many calories did it say u had burnt doing 2 hours then? i only bought mine recently so the longest ive played is 72 mins cos i bought other games at the same time aswell so ive been doing a mixture :)

do u know how many calories you burn doing the kettlebell swing? and what weight kettlebell do u use? there doesnt seem to be much info about them anywhere. ps - wii zumba is brill :) especially zumba2, proper gets me sweating lol

today is the first time ive measured myself cos ive always just gone with the scales, im gutted i didnt do it wen i was at my biggest really cos 4 stone is prob a lot of inches! :) have u done your zumba for the day?

Ive just finished mine :) although i am doing strength training aswell so i hope that doesnt affect my weight loss, ive measured the inches aswell so i dont get dishearterned if the scales dont move :)
