My son who is 5 likes todo shred with me. He uses 2 race car tracks as (pretend) weights. It motivates me even more when he participates.:smile:

It does take time. Use a small plate at meals and if it is full it can trick your mind into thinking its alot. Try not to make extra food so there wont be more to take. Eat nuts,fruits and veggies. Day 6, how is everyone doing? I think it is getting easier. My measurements for today are: weight: 164.5 Hips and waist: 38 Chest:36 Butt: 42 Neck 13.5 I think these are accurate. I am gonna do a little research and adjust if I need to.

It is very hard to grasp. I have only lost 24 lbs but people compliment me alot, but I still doubt. I keep thinking they are just trying to be nice. I havent been able to get a new wardrobe, so I am reminded every day by my loose clothes. Be proud. Maybe take new photos and hang somewhere to help.

Awesome! I do elliptical/treadmill plus weight training. Actually I have heard and you can research, but cardio mixed with weight training is very beneficial in weight loss and getting your body to change.
