I have gotten comments like that from one coworker, but I think it is because she is jealous that I am doing something about my weight and she isn't.

I am doing okay. I have eaten some junk several times, but each time I ate it in moderation and did not over stuff myself. I also counted what I ate in my daily log. I think for me I have managed well. What are some healthy snacks you guys are eating?

Well I was down a pound this week. I didn't get to work out as much as I wanted. I am hoping this week is better, but not so sure that will happen, because tom is here and I woke up this am with a bad headache and throwing up. :sick: I am determined to push through it though! :smile: How is everyone else doing?

Down to 166 this week. Only 1 lb but its all good. Didn't get to exercise as much as I wanted to. Tom is here so I hope I can keep ahead of it and not get dragged down this week.

I am in! I actually started already, but would like to have a group. I am only 2 days in and it is tough. I want to finish though even when my mind says give up.

I was not eating well 2 weeks ago and this week I have eaten lots better..I did work out lots the week I ate bad and I had to report a 1 lb gain at my monday weigh-in. I made it through day 1! Yeah yeyeah! Tomorrow will be more of a challenge though, because we have such yummy desserts etc. I might have to tape my mouth or have a coworker smack me back to reality! hahaha!

Yes July/aug of this year. Thanks for your help. I am starting a no junk food challenge today and hope it helps in my weight loss/develops healthier eating all together. Do you think I should be eating more net cals.?

:grumble: grrrrrr....I know I shouldn't be surprised, but I gained a pound. I am at 171 this week. Hoping for big results next week....I did exercise alot this week, but didn't eat very well. Oh well gonna keep moving forward, shaking this off and not gonna let it get me down!

I understand. The only reason I have hope, is because of my workouts, despite the bad eating. When mother nature hits me I want to eat everything in sight! This too shall pass.... We can do it!!!!!! :glasses:
