  • Hi! I've only been here a week, but I am seeing results! While I haven't really seen a big loss on the scales, I tried on some pants this morning that just last week I could not zip up. Today I could zip and button them! They are still too tight to wear comfortably but I am so excited to see some improvement!

  • Do you have actual hunger pains? Hunger pains are your body's way of telling you it is time to eat. I don't think those signals should be ignored or drowned out by water.
