I'm currently on L2D6...Level 2 is so much harder than L1...for me. I'm hoping to complete 30DS by the time I go on my cruise! Love 30DS. Good luck to everyone! I'm also looking for more friends/support. Please add me if you wish.

I have been measuring out my food, except for my meat/chicken. I ordered a food scale, so once it gets here I'll be measuring everything. I also have been taking measurements every 10 days (currently doing 30 Day Shred so after every level I measure) so far its only been 3 inches total body. Thank you for the BMR info.

I am on L1 Day 8...I burn around 235 - 252 per workout. I use a HRM. I haven't noticed much difference, but that's probably because I have A LOT of weight to lose. My legs hurt the worst, but its a great and fun workout...and only 27 min!
