My goal is 153. I'm 5'4 3/4. I felt so thin at this weight. However I got there after my divorce from straight up depression anorexia. Thsi time I'm gonna be FIT! When I get there I'll reassess. Try eating a little more. Sometimes that helps.

I once had a dude just FLOATING in the last available lane. Seriously dude can you not float in the regular pool 5 feet to the right? I try to pick a double up lane with someone slower like me and always ask its just polite!

I started a 30 day challenge that includes logging food everyday for 30 days, Cutting out pop (for which I've been suffering through 4 days of headaches...) and exercising 4-5 days a week. Also weighing in only on 12/1 and 12/30 :)

I love my fitbit too....totally work the money. I use the flex and it seems super accurate.

I workout right when I wake in the afternoon, before dinner. Also I try to minimize my calorie intake on my 0300 meals. I don't know what you guys do but I never have time to exercise at work! Lucky ducks! The extra steps do show on my fitbit though!

I am going to track my food every day no matter what I eat and run 12-15 miles

I did eat an energy bar at about mile 6 of my 1/2 marathon. I bit my cheek though so be careful! I like peanut butter for a run too.
