Small success
The pounds are coming off about 1lb every 10 days but people are starting to notice! I had 4 people tonight at work comment on how great I was looking! Great motivation. Very slow and steady. I've lost about 6 pounds.

Cardio or Weights?
I'm 5'5, just under 200 lbs. I'm athletic, I run 5K's and play sports. Should I be concentrating on cardio until I get close to goal (around 150) then working on muscle development or can I do them both concurrently and still lose weight?

Recovering from a setback...what's your strategy for getting back on track
