Recovering from a setback...what's your strategy for getting back on track

I had my first real setback this month. I was sick and had a heck of a time getting back to good. "One more day" turned into 10 days without logging. What makes you feel better after a setback in your good habits?

A day of doing it right. (Not being facetious here.) Yes, even if what I'm logging is food so junky no one has dared enter it into the MFP database and the calorie total is so red and negative my colorblind father could see it. Fix one problem at a time.

I also advocate working out to release stress and bad feelings in general.

Yes, get back in the habit no matter how bad it looks on paper. Good one :)

I put on weight over Christmas and it is taking weeks to get some of the weight off...I have been told and doing...porridge (half a cup) full cup of milk and cook in saucepan...it does taste better than the microwave...I then chop a banana in it. It fills you up.

Has anybody else returned to full fat cream and butter...reading a recently published diet book (I am avoiding advertising here!) she mentioned to drink full fat milk...but it seems strange after non drinking it for decades and decades.....

Tip: eat mints instead of food if peckish
