Down 100lbs in 8 months!!

I just needed to see it in writing. I am freaking proud of myself! Not one single diet pill, no fad diet (low carb, low fat, paleo, raw, etc), no giving up food groups, no attempting burpees, just slow and steady logging my food intake and moderate exercise, including walking a 5K. My success isn't very dramatic, but for someone with little to no willpower, this is one huge win for me! Now...on to the next 70!!!

(edit: I originally said 9 months because I can't count :( )
