I used to do KB training and started with an 18lb. I went up to a 35lb and boy is it fun! The difference in KB DVD's and training with a KB trainer in person is huge. I read another article and the average person loss like 6lbs in less than a year. So yes, you're very right that the only reason it got approved was because of the lack of substantial data to prove its harmful.

I saw a bright red stretch mark on my stomach. Up to that point, I was fat but my stomach was stretch mark free...now they're creeping up like crazy =(

I haven't been on here in like forever! Sorry =( BUT I did lose 7lbs from the last time I was on. 5 of which I will gain back this week because I lost them during a stage of depression/not eating anything for like 2 days. Congrats to you all for losing!!

I've been slacking with push ups and crunches. I tried three at the gym with this machine and was sore for a week. I feel like a failure BUT I will try them again!

I'm not moving. Its too early in the game for me to be at a plateau, but it seems to be that way...idk what to do. I can't do too much because of my back and I didn't think I was doing too little. I'm going back to my diet, since I have been slacking recently. 1200 cals again until I'm able to lose a few pounds =(

I struggle weekends as well..I think its because the lack of structure to my day. But I just joined the gym and have a gym buddy. We're going at least 5 days a week and she'll eb doing 30Ds with me once I'm able to start it. I don't know about losing the 3lbs this week, but I sure will try! Oh and I haven't done…

I didnt lose either...sigh...and to top it off my sciatica decided to say hello for my birthday and my back is hurting so bad...I can't work out for a week at least or until my back doesn't hurt. =( Good luck everyone!
