  • I was sleeved 8/27/18. I'm down 79.6 and still have quite a way to go!
  • I was hoping for 100 in a year, but it has been a slow process this time around. I have lost 57 pounds in a little over 10 months. I'd rather go slow and steady and keep the weight off. I'm hoping that I can reach a total of 75 pounds in 1 year, then I'll have about 65 more pounds to go.

  • I felt like doodoo when I got home from work today. I almost talked myself out of the workout, but talked myself back into. I did the low HIIT 20. So glad I did it! I also tried a new mat and it was wonderful!!! My shoes moved so much better than on carpet!

  • I do the regular Turbo Jam and I love it. I've been thinking about getting turbo fire but I don't have the funds for it right now. I'm having turbo withdrawals because I have been sick since last Sunday. Got meds yesterday so I'm hoping ill be better soon!!!!
  • I like the syntrax brand the best and it has no sugar. All the flavors are fantastic! Even the juice flavored ones. They also mix well by just shaking them.
