You say "everything in moderation" but over 1/4 of your daily calories were pure junk. Desserts and coke. To me that is not "moderation". And years ago when I started to watch what I ate I QUICKLY learned I could eat like twice as much if I made better choices. I like to eat so I choose healthier stuff!

Whey protein in ANY FORM including isolate makes me feel like I am going to blow up and die. I like Jay Robb Egg protein. The only one that I have found that agrees with me. And it's super yum.

One huge motivator for me to eat healthy is I look at how much more food I can eat for the same amount of calories. I love to eat!!

MMMM.. I love me some Diet Dr. Pepper! It doesn't effect my weight loss and actually keeps me sane when I cut calories. It is my treat food. My treat food with zero calories! It doesn't make me want more sugar or want to binge. And it's so delicious : )

It has taken me a full year to shave mine from about 35 minutes to 27 minutes. It's possible but I can't imagine doing it.

I ran 19 miles today. I have run 3 halfs and never had this problem. But I attribute this to running shoes that fit properly.

There is an Almond Joy creamer now. I didn't like it, it's very coconutty. I like coconut but coconut and coffee was weird to me. You would probably like it though!

I LOVE anything pumpkin but the pumpkin spice isn't so great to me?! Weird I know. And your favs don't have to be seasonal, it can be any! I am looking for new flavors. I tried the Caramel mochiatto today at work, YUM!

No he stuck a patch on my hand and my foot and it used an electrical impulse. It's the same technology my scale uses so it makes no sense to me they were SO FAR OFF!

So how on earth am I supposed to figure out my body fat?! The one at home is consistent. It said 20ish the same day I got 27 at the gym. That's a HUGE difference! 27% is not even athletic! I'm training for a freaking marathon! I run like 30-40 miles a week! It just makes me sick.

Yeah I going to do it with my running partner and we already talked about how it was more just for fun. We have trained some in the heat and for sure wouldn't going for a PR. We have another in October that will be PR time and a full in November. This one is just for funsies!

For one you need to be eating more than 1200 calories. And 2 45g of protein is a very low amount. I aim for about 130g-150g a day. If you "can't get enough" go eat a couple tablespoons of peanut butter. Done and done.
