I was really athletic and actually a solid 20 lbs. underweight until I had my first child at 24. The best I've ever looked was about two months after having said child when I was at 140, and totally ballooned with second child. Now want to get back to 140.

I'm looking for information (already have learned so much), affirmation because I don't share my weight loss concerns with anyone other than on here or my husband, to lend an encouraging word or idea to someone else who might need it, and as icing on the cake I like to have a group who's Weightloss goals are at least in…

I also really know what you're going through. I seriously struggle with patience, and always want fast results. Not just with weight loss with just about everything. But I've simply decided to not do that this time. I eat a lot of vegetables. You can eat tons of green leafy veggies they have so few calories. I actually…

Mainly to increase flexibility and strenghthen core muscles. But unfortunately exercising enough to actually have an impact on weight loss is out of the question at this…

Excellent, I just bought a 3 liter water jug, and I also weigh 200, so that's perfect. Hopefully I wom't puke, but no pain no gain right!

I gained about 50lbs. With both of my pregnancies, and kept bout 30lbs of each one. Just never lost it. And nothing will motivate a person to lose weight like the 20 year class reunion!

I know it's a very big topic of debate. It seems logical that what would matter most is what those 1,000 cals. consisted of tho? The min. 1,200 recommendation thing is about not going into starvation mode and not losing muscle mass?
