What I did when I had that same problem was bought myself a fruit infusion pitcher. I would stuff it with plenty of lemons and sometimes would even drink 2-3 pitchers a day. That would make it about 15 glasses, give or take.

You should maybe consider drinking a protein shake instead of grabbing something unhealthy. I have already tried plenty so I can recommend some. Good luck! :)

Why don't you try getting yourself some protein shakes. They come in many different flavors or you can mix in yours. They provide plenty of nutrients and vitamins and help to curb appetite. I have been using them because I was also an eater and i lost 40 lbs.
