I have been attempting to do the 30DS for...probably a month lol. I keep restarting because I break for too long. Anyways, I have something every important coming up in 5 weeks and I need to get in tip-top shape!! I know I havent finished the 30DS yet, but I was thinking about instead doing Ripped in 30....but I like the 30DS...
What would you suggest??

I'm not a Jillian Micheals workout user but I have lost weight with other fitness programs and am still loosing. The ones I've tried are all from beachbody. I have been through a round of Insanity, P90Xm and Turbo Fire and loved them all. If you are familiar with beachbody than you know those shakes they are selling called Shakeology. They are great but just expensive so I ended up using different supplements which speeded up the process of weight loss, and the best part is that they were free and actually anyone and get them for free. It doesn't really matter which workout program you use but it's what you eat and any supplement you take, nutrition in general. With those supplements I have lost 40 lbs, I'm still loosing and am totally psyched . just make sure you have your calories set straight, you eat clean and you will succeed. I have done both the 30DS and Ripped in 30. They both follow the same circuit training formula: strength training, cardio, and abs. You really won't get anything from one that you won't get from the other except for a different variety of moves. And Ripped in 30 consists of 4 levels instead of 3, so there are more workouts to choose from.0
