I LOVE avacados! I like to have a piece of toast, poached egg, tomatoe slice and half of an avacado all stacked together. It's sooo good. I also put mine in wraps or make guacamole.

I'm with Anna. Just make sure it is what you really want, because it totally ruins your day if you feel guilty after. if you are going to do it, commit, don't feel bad, and get right back on the horse the next day! Enjoy!

I don't know about the coffe, but hot chocolate is one of my favorite snacks when i am really craving something sweet. I have it a few times a week. I don't feel it has hurt me.

For me personally, i have gotten over many plateus by NOT doing everything right. What i mean by that is taking a day or two off from exercise and not paying attention to my calories, and giving in to treats. I swear by it. I think sometimes your body just needs to mix it up. I'm sure everyone will give you lots of great…

I'm with Marla. Reach your goal first and see how you feel. If you want to lose more, then set a new goal. Just make sure you are doing it for yourself.

I think you're okay. I haven't cut anything out of my diet completly, and i have lost a lot of weight and am still losing. I do exercise a lot, though. You just have to be sensible about it. It's all about portion control. Don't eat a whole batch of brownies (well not too often, anyway  ), and make sure you are…

ok, here is what i do. I eat my exercise calories, but only to the point that i'm not hungry. I still usually have between 100 and 300 left over on good exercise days. So i think you should do whatever feel right for you. If you are really not hungry, don't force yourself to eat more just because you have some calories…

Hello!! Happy to have you here

 Good for you for coming back!! It seems like you have a lot on your plate. I think the key is routine. Once you get that down, it makes exercising easier. Good luck, and we are all here for you!

Try not to be so hard on yourself...but i know that's easier said then done. Everyone has bad days, and i definatly know how you feel. You just have to stick with it and focus on the fact that you Have lost weight, and you took the step to making yourself healthier. And i'm pretty sure your husband won't care what you look…

If my cramps aren't too bad, then i usually workout, but don't feel bad if you want to take a break. It shouldn't affect your routine too much. What i don't do on my period is weigh myself. I weigh myself weekly, except on THAT week. I retain sooo much water, and it just makes me feel bad to see myself several pounds…

I totally agree!! Most mornings i get up and plan my entire day, and put it in my food diary. This helps me stay on track, and not over eat. Lisa
