you need to rinse them VERY VERY well- they have a funny smell when you open the bag do not worry rinse them and they taste good LOLOL

my fav is choc pb fat bombs 2 tbs coco oil 1 tbs butter 2 tbs peanutbutter 10 gm unsweetened chocolate * put in sm cup microwave- aprox 1 min stir to blend - add sweetener - pour into sm cup/cont/mold/tin and freeze aprox 10 min and enjoy !!!

LOLOL CSO thats funny but yes i continue to "preach" this woe to my co workers- but only when i hear them complaining on how they cant loss weight- always feel bloated etc.... cut out the carbs!!!

16/8 is going well for me - only 1 night i ate past my time but got back on track the next morning wednesday is my weigh in day....so we will see have a happy monday
