are you getting unrefined or refined coconut oil i found that the refined doesnt have the flavor of coconut like the unrefined has

1/2 cup coconut oil(unrefined gives that nice coconut flavor) 1/4 cup butter( i personally like the salted) 4 tbs nut butter(i use almond butter) 4 tbs cocoa unsweetened 1 pk splenda- more or less to taste i use a 2 cup measuring cup- microwave to melt- stir- pour into molds- & freeze be warned they are good LOLOL

i have only been at this a lil over 2 weeks scale went up this week but did a BF & that was down 3% so dont worry too much about what the number on the scale says {{hugs}}

i reuse containers i like the Tall Gatorade containers with the lid you can drink from - i have 3- 24 oz containers that i fill ea morning with water & Mio fit so i know i only have 3 to drink to get all my water- i also like water with ice- but hard in the winter time to drink cold fluids- so i end up leaning towards hot…

go for the eggs- oi have to have protein in the morning typical bfast for me is a 3 egg white sandwich on eng muffin with salsa & spicy colby jack cheese ( 234 calories & 16 gm protein, 3.5 gm fat )

I agree that you need to gain weight in a pregnancy to have healthy baby etc... but that being said i am over weight/obese and have NEVER made an 8 lb baby 5 & 6 lbs always i think my heaviest baby was almost 7 lbs now that being said- they are all perfectly healthy 11 yrs, 3, 2 & 4 mo LOL i have never watched my weight in…

i had started an 8 week fitness blender work out series that i just finished- i am currently only 7 weeks but this my 5th pregnancy from what i have figured out- i am not going to start anything new- so going to redo this 8 week series from the beginning, and really listen to my body- just dont over do it-

HUMMUS !!!- great with pretzels, cucumbers carrots- anything or just some raw veggies with a set amount of dressing on the side thats what i do during the day -(SAHM) i am a snacker or plan your junk- measure it out and bring it with you

i am waiting as well to go public- i always wait till 2nd trimester * as far as your cramps you are feeling- is there any particular exercise that brings them on- i find certain ones i just dont do because i just dont feel comfy doing them- listen to your body !! *feel free to friend me

yesterday i felt like crap- today not so bad so i got my work out in before the nausea rears its ugly head again i just get soo tired sooo much quicker and easier now- is it just me ??
