I try to not deny myself anything- thatt being said- its all about moderation- if i crave chocolate which i do- i eat some- not a whole bag- and not when i first want it- i work it into my caloires the same with pizza or steak or alfredo sauce- or what ever it is you just have to learn what works for you

I dont cheat. another idea is roasted veggies as a side cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans just drizzle with olive oil salt and peper cook 450-500 i swear they taste completly different cooked this way

You did the right thing by getting back in the swing of logging- i got almost to goal and got pregnant and gained everysingle horrible pound back- ugggg i could pull my hair out but i did it once and will do it again !!

I find I do better if I have 1 or 2 of my favorite- which for valentines day would be chocolate covered strawberries and just allow for the extra calories- extra work out- etc

when i was doing weight watchers the official standard was basically anything liquid LOL Broth, soda, coffee, tea etc but that being said- i count water separately even from diet tea etc- now that being said i do add Mio to my water
