are you exercising?? if so and you are only eating 1200- you are prolly not eating enough- that and try more natural filling foods

when ever i make something- i always portion it out into plastic containers that i can freeze or keep in te fridge- ( easier for my family to just grab & reheat) & then the next time i make it i know aporx how many it serves
