if she cant do push ups she deff cant do dips... i would do really slow negatives and then do modified (aka girl) push ups to failure.. after about a week or two you should be able to do atleast 1-3 regular push ups.. at that time stop doing modified push ups and do as many regular pushups you can and your last one do…

um usually id say cutt more.. but like previous poster said ud end up too skinny... i would eat about 200-300 over maintance and upp my cardio to about 60min a day... make sure u eat LOTS OF PROTEEEEIN!!!!

cardio - walking on a incline of 7-12 at speed of 3.9mph to 4.9mph keeping my heart rate 130-140 diet- if im cutting for fun then just a calorie deficit... - if i have a deadline to cut e.g. 3 months... i do carb cycling to get to 5% or less...

doc wont give u much info on actual supplements.. but they will on vitamins... take multis with minerals in them... get extra B12's as for other supplements like protein, creatine etc... its alot of explaining so its better to just google and do some reaserch n if you still have questions then post the question...

if you are just trying to loose weight or "cut" without any deadline it is pointless to do low carb diets.. now if you are already less than 10-12%BF and you need to cut down to 5% in 3months then yes.. low carb or even better carb cycle...
