yes stay away from breads, pasta, rice, and anything with sugar... as for protein dont worry bout it as MFP really mis calculates the amount of protein one needs... im 175lbs right now n i eat around 220-240g a day

MFP is way off SORRY PPL!!!! my number vary when i wear a HRM by 200+cals compared to what MFP says... if you dont have a HRM then try to set ur machine up so it takes ur age and weight... this will give u a more accurate reading then MFP will.....
