completely opposite - ive been on this path for about 6 weeks and havent weighed once i figure if can feel the difference in my clothes thats more important than the weight itself that will come naturally and if im doing it right then there will be a slow transformation from in body shape, weight will alter but perhaps…

i think u need to eat more to stimualte yr metabolism, drink lots of water etc .. u may also be gaining muscle and losing fat so gaining weight oh and u need a new bf if u can do more pushups than him ... cheers from australia

thanks all am eating around 1200-1300 cals per day my baseline is around 1500-160o and on exericise days add 600-800 cals too low ?

interesting as i have just run into this too its week six of new diet and big exercise program and after feeling great for 5 weeks im suddenly, unaccountably, exhausted. Have backed off a bit of the exercise front to see if that helps ... any ideas from others or resonance here ?

Hi Mickie yeah the fires are worst in 50 yrs and truly horrible - things like out of a town of 500 100 died etc removed from me but friends of friends etc have perished.... Mood in Oz is very sombre at the moment i have to say

ok so take it slow and steady - dont sweat the setbacks (there will be some) - and be consistent with yr exercise. dont weigh yrself constantly. drink lots of water. take long walks -its great low impact exercise. fill yr plate with salad and vegies.. eat small portions more often .. and most importantly have a positive…

greeneyed girl .... so i think thats below zero celsius i couldnt do that - im physiologically unable - in my part of the world the coldest winter temp is like 60 degrees (which may expalin why a surf but dont ski lol)

hi there - its sat morning here and already +30 degrees C which is i think approx 90F. got my new heart rate monitor and funnily enuff for my stair running sessions (5 repeats of 5 sets of 55 steps up and 55 steps down - yes i know all the fives) the correltion between my HRM 499 cals and the calculator here 520 cals is pretty good .. anyone else have this experience - it seems rare here based on what i read…
