  • Thats how it is supposed to work! You can change setting on your diary. . what I have to watch is my calories, carbs, fat, protein & sugar. Much more difficult than it seems to keep everything within the "limits". I have lost 62 lbs so good luck!

  • I have major problems with portion control!! Thats been my most difficult thing. Still is. . however I have officially lost 62 lbs since November 7th :). What helps me the most. . is I get out the serving size from bag of chips. . cereal. . or whatever it might be, and then PUT THE REST AWAY! Then you have to MAKE yourself…
