Try eating more and eating exercise calories back. Some people can do 1200 a day but I cannot at all. I have a Polar FT4 HRM and it's my best friend, simple...Tells me my maximum HR, Average HR, how long I was in the 'fatburning zone' & calories burned. It also stores all my training data so I can compare workouts and builf new goals and targets. Wouldn't do a workout without it

If I was pregnant I would ditch the diet attempts and opt for healthy choices. Your baby is more important than a number on a scale right now, you'll have plenty of time after the birth to get back in shape. Enjoy it, don't stress xx

For me personally I find that when I eat bread I retain more water, so I tend to avoid that. You don't have to eat clean 100% of the time, be sure to allow yourself a treat to avoid binging or uncontrollable eating. If you're struggling with calories, why not add in protein shakes or meal replacement on top of your normal eating? I wouldn't weigh yourself morning and night, you will be heavier at night (all the food and water consumed adds weight)

Try and get a balance with the gym, set small goals at first, rather than thinking I have loads of weight to lose and I want to lose it fast, so I am going to hammer the gym. You can look on the Les Mills website and get AVERAGE calorie burns, although beware, using MFP estimations or Les Mills info on calorie burns is not accurate at all. A HRM is essential. Typically the women in my class burn no more than 450 (HRM) but the Les Mills website says otherwise. Be careful not to over estimate…
