I bet they eat less than 1000 a day, stay away from carbs, eat mostly salads or shakes, skip meals, maybe eat tissues, don't go to the gym - they're manic all the time. They're stunning but it's not real life, my body type would never be that slight, no matter how much I exercised or ate

If you're full on the calories you're eating at the moment, I'd suggest protein shakes, they won't make you over your fat and also aren't too filling, will get your protein up too :happy:

maybe 1200 calories is not enough for you, I know it isn't for me, I'd say increase slowly on clean foods, up your protein, drink more water and see what happens. Don't despair yet

I think training whilst doing this would prove hard work. There's no way I could fast until 1pm after doing Spinning or intense cardio 7-8am, I'd be on my knees. I probably do more than a 12 hour fast without even thinking about it. Rarely eat after 7pm & eat breakfast at 9ish. I've just been reading up on this and it says…

Recommended 15% is 2247 for fat loss. If I went with the TDEE - 15% I wouldnt eat back exercise cals right?? thanks :)

Surely though if i have currently been eating at 1400 (eating back a few exercise cals) then jump to 1982 I'm going to gain weight? Maybe I've got it wrong. Have no probs with upping my calories, I LOVE FOOD but I dont want to gain. Also if my goal is 1982, surely no exercise cals are eaten back? thanks for your feedback

I would take some healthy snacks with you or suggest a picnic. Don't feel pressured to eat doughnuts, burgers, hot dogs, chips or any other naughty things they have there.

I can relate.. I would be on top of the world if I was lean. That's all I want and all that matters to me. You will get more confidence the further you progress through your journey. :bigsmile:

Wow that's alot of money. Has this trainer discussed diet and nutrition with you, this is the tool you use to ultimately lower your body fat. Try higher protein & it's a true statement that it's your goals, not your trainers, you need to be kept interested and look forward to your workouts.
