I use Fage 0%, but always mix fresh fruit with it (Strawberries or raspberries). You might add a bit of Agave Nectar to sweeten it up, if your calorie count can handle it.

I Buy the Fage plain 0% fat in the large tub (Costco has these). I add fresh fruit (stawberries, blueberries or peaches usually) and blend with 170g of yogurt it in my mini-blender. This has no added sugar and I think the pre-packaged fage with fruit includes some. This is under 200 calories,

Buy Egg Whites. I make my 3 egg omelette with 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites (1/4 cup). It reduces the calories of a 3 egg omelette with cheese to under 400.
